This website is the Official Online Store of Villarreal C.F. (hereinafter, THE WEBSITE).

2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of THE WEBSITE. Accessing THE WEBSITE implies acceptance of these conditions.

The purchase of products through THE WEBSITE is further governed by the General Terms and Conditions, the Returns and Withdrawal Policy and the Shipping Policy.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE

Users undertake to use THE WEBSITE and its contents diligently, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and to provide truthful information when requested.

In particular, users undertake not to use THE WEBSITE to:

The VILLARREAL CLUB DE FÚTBOL trade mark, the club crest and its other distinctive signs are owned by Villarreal C.F., and their unauthorised use will give rise to the liabilities established by law.

7. AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Villarreal C.F. does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to THE WEBSITE or its contents, nor that these are permanently up to date. Provided there is nothing preventing it, and as soon as it becomes aware of errors, disconnections or a lack of updating, it will carry out the work needed to put them right.

Villarreal C.F. shall not be liable for:

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

Where the user acts as a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Vila-real (Castellón).
