WITHDRAWAL FORM

If you have bought from the Official Store and want to return your order without giving a reason, you have 14 calendar days from receiving it to tell us.

You may use this form, although it is not mandatory: it is enough to send us an unequivocal statement by any means.

Before you start, check in the Returns and Withdrawal Policy that your product is not one of the exceptions. In particular, products personalised with printing are not eligible for withdrawal (more information).

What happens next

  • You must send the product back to us without undue delay and within no more than 14 calendar days of notifying us of your decision.
  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within no more than 14 calendar days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof of having sent it back.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you, unless the product is faulty, damaged or does not match your order.
