How to order?
- Select the correct size of the item(s) (if applicable).
- Make sure to correctly indicate the amount of the item(s) you want.
- Click “Add to Cart”.
- Choose all the products you want to buy and you will see that they will be added to your shopping cart accordingly.
- Click on your cart.
- Verify that the items there are those that you wish to purchase.
- Click “Finish Order”.
- Enter your user information. In the case of it being your first shop, you must enter your billing information and agree to the terms and conditions of the service.
- Check that the shipping address is correct and click “Next”.
- This will take you to the “Method of Shipping” page.
- Click “Next”. This will take you to the “Confirm Order” page.
- Confirm that your order is correct and click “Confirm Order”.
- You will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
How long does delivery take?
Packages are generally sent within 72 hours of making your order within national territory (weekends and bank holidays not included), and 5 to 7 working days for international deliveries.
Can I follow my order?
Yes, when your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email which gives you the option to check the status of your order.
What happens if there is no one to receive the package when it arrives?
The courier delivering the order to the address indicated will call the phone number indicated at the time of order.

How does the ‘size system’ work on the Online Shop?
Size 6XS corresponds to size 4 years, 5XS to 6 years, 4XS to 8 years, 3XS to 10 years, 2XS to 12 years and XS to 14 years and adult sizes from S to 3XL. For children you can also find a complete kit. Each product shows the sizes available at the time of purchase.
